What are your credentials and what relevant experience do you have?
I am a certified professional resume writer (CPRW) and an active member of the Professional Association of Resume Writers and Career Coaches (PARWCC). I stay up to date on industry trends by attending webinars and PARWCC discussion groups.
My professional experience includes working as a career advisor and career curriculum instructor for students and graduates (who are often career changers) of an IT bootcamp. I also spent time coaching college students at a large university and have several years of experience as an IT recruiter at one of the country’s largest staffing and services agencies.
I have helped hundreds of people with their resume, LinkedIn profile, cover letters, networking strategy, job search plan, mock interviewing, and general career coaching.
I am an educator at heart and use my Master’s of Adult Education and Bachelor’s of Psychology to inform many skills and practices used to support others. This comes across in my consultative, empowering approach that I use when working with individuals. -

What will it be like working with you?
I believe that education is a tool that can help us grow. Our work together will be an interactive process, where I seek out information from you, while guiding you in the realization of skills that make you unique.
With all of the services I provide, I will take the time to get to know you instead of relying heavily on long, tedious questionnaires.
Similarly, I do not just deliver an edited resume; I work closely with each client to help recognize strengths and articulate experience in a way that is meaningful on their resume, in an interview, and most importantly, for themselves. When we believe we contribute positively to the world around us, we are able to do great things.

What is your process?
I want to get to know each and every client, so each potential client will receive a free, 30-minute introductory call. Should you decide you’d like to work with me, I will request any relevant existing documents and provide paperwork to begin working together.
For packaged services, we’ll continue with a 60-90 minute discovery conversation where I ask questions to gain more insight into who you are and your previous experience. From there, I will use a collaborative process to produce a first resume draft over the next 2 weeks. Each resume includes up to 2 revisions (most won’t need both revisions), and a final draft is produced within 3 weeks of the project beginning. After the delivery of your resume, we will coordinate to schedule any remaining services within your selected package.
For more information, check out my Terms of Service.
