SERVICES AND PROCESS
Each client is entitled to one free 30-minute consultation to discuss their needs and offerings that potentially align with their goals.
Once a client confirms they would like to proceed, an invoice and Agreement will be provided to them.
The client must pay the full invoice, as explained herein, and sign the Agreement before services will begin.
Once the client has completed the required payment and signed the Agreement, Careers by Danielle has up to two (2) business days to reach out to the client to schedule a 60-90 minute discovery call (if a package was purchased) or acknowledge the project start and communicate with the client about next steps for a la carte services. A la carte offerings can be purchased separately from a package.
For packaged services, the completion of the discovery call with the client marks the project start. A la carte projects start when Careers by Danielle acknowledges full payment for service(s) and requested materials to complete the project are received.
Services are completed virtually (via Google Meet or phone) and delivered virtually (using email, Microsoft Word, and/or PDF).
At any point once the project starts and if the client fails to respond to Careers by Danielle for four (4) consecutive weeks, then the client shall pay an additional $100, non-refundable fee to continue the project. This fee shall not be credited to the client’s account for services.
If the client makes no contact with Careers by Danielle after six (6) weeks, the project has been abandoned and no refund will be issued.
CONSULTANT OBLIGATIONS
You can expect Careers by Danielle to:
Educate clients on job search practices and improvement on job search documents; oftentimes questions will be asked to encourage reflection.
Deliver products on time, as outlined in the Agreement.
Respond to all established client email outreach within 48 business hours (most outreach is returned sooner)!
Attend scheduled meetings.
Keep all client information confidential, as detailed herein.
Allow room for additional information provided by the client, but refocus conversations (as needed) for timely progress through scheduled appointments.
Remain respectful at all times. All clients will be welcomed and valued regardless of race, ethnicity, national origin, sex, gender identity, gender expression, sexual orientation, age, disability, religion, cultural background, socioeconomic status, marital status, parental status, education level, language, military status, political beliefs, or physical appearance.
CLIENT OBLIGATIONS
Clients are expected to:
Cooperate with Careers by Danielle in the performance of entity’s duties by providing complete and accurate information.
Provide a 24-hour notice for any appointments they cannot attend. Any missed appointments without required notice will not be refunded.
Complete any homework that is assigned before the next appointment. If homework is not completed timely, then Careers by Danielle has the right to cancel the appointment without a refund, and reschedule for a future date when the homework has been completed.
Put in effort and complete the work required to reach goals.
Communicate openly about session questions and progress.
Respond to requests/communications by Careers by Danielle within 48 hours of the communication being sent. The sooner the client replies to any outreach, the faster any written projects will be delivered.
Promptly review any documents concerning the services provided and be responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and propriety of information concerning the final deliverables.
Remain respectful at all times. Hateful, profane, or vulgar language will not be tolerated. This includes email communication, texts, phone calls, video, or face-to-face communication. Violation of this will lead to immediate termination of services without refund.
